F. Alonzi Wines and Spirits continues to import exceptional wines from various Regions of Italy, selected by Fred Alonzi himself. They have wines from Modena, which are the Lambrusco and the very unique Ubi Maior. These two wines along with others have been the growing foundation of F.Alonzi Wines & Spirits. They also carry Prosecco from the Valdobiadene Region notable for their Prosecco. From the Umbria Region, they have the Rossobastardo which has been a big feature wine for all wine lovers along with wines from the Tuscany Region, Veneto Region, Lazio, Sicily, just name a few. Master Chef, Gabriele Ferron, born in Verona, Italy, apart from his family being one of the oldest organic rice producers in northern Italy (since 1650), he is also known as The World Ambassador of Rice and renowned Chef, famous for his Risotto.

Gabriele has won numerous awards, not only in Italy but through various parts of the world which he has travelled. He received his Master Chef degree in 1999. Gabriele continues to create many of the recipes that he prepares.
